Welcome to MQ Coffee Lab, where passion meets precision.

Our foundation and advanced workshops are designed to help coffee enthusiasts and professionals alike build real-world skills — from espresso to sensory science, and from latte art to roasting theory.

Each session is hands-on, small group, and led by our Specialty Coffee Association certified trainer using industry-standard equipment. Whether you’re starting your coffee journey or refining your craft, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Practical Assessment

    Students complete the official SCA practical assessment.

  • Theory Examination

    Students complete the SCA online theory exam after the course. Successful completion of both assessments is required to obtain the SCA Roasting Foundation certificate.

General Course Booking Policy

  1. Minimum Enrollment:
    Each course requires a minimum number of participants to proceed.
    If this number is not met, MQ LAB reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class.
  2. Rescheduling Requests:
    Students who wish to change their booking must contact us at mqcoffeenz@gmail.com
    at least 3 days before the scheduled class date.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds:
    If a student cannot attend for personal reasons,
    we will first offer an option to reschedule to another available session.
    If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be arranged.
